meet our team

Our small team play a large part in creating the bubbly, cheerful and loving environment for which we are known. Staffing ratios and qualifications are governed by Statutory Requirements. The staff at Avalon Beach House Pre School are trained and experienced in caring for children.  They are responsible for the care & education your children are given during the day and programming for their individual needs. We have a fabulous team at Avalon Beach House Pre School consisting of:

Kim

Kim joined the ABHPS Team 9 years ago, and is the Educational Leader here at ABHPS, and also our School Readiness Program Educator. She has a Certificate III in Children’s Services and Diploma of Children’s Services.

Kim loves to stay active in her free time, she is a children’s swimming coach and hapkido instructor. Kims love for health and fitness is featured throughout our programming.

Caroline

Caroline is the educator for our 3 – 4 year old children, preparing them with all the fundamental skills they need before moving onto our School Readiness Program.

Caroline joined our team in 2020, she has a Certificate III in Children’s Services and is also our Spanish Teacher. She runs a fantastic program for the children teaching them basic Spanish words and phrases, including how to count to 20 and all of the primary colours.

Moo

Moo is our second 2-3 year old educator, she joined our team in 2022, has a Certificate III in Children’s Services and co-teaches our littlest Avalon Beach House Pre School kiddies.

Moo is fluent in Thai, and this year has launched our ‘learning to speak Thai program’. We can’t wait to watch that evolve and progress as the year continues. Before moving to Australia Moo was a Registered Nurse and is also our First Aid Officer.
